l.a.w. interiors is a boutique luxury interior design studio started by Lane Alexander Watkins in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Lane graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in public relations. She spent time working for Dallas Magazine as a fashion and lifestyle web journalist before accepting an offer to study Fashion Business at the prestigious Parsons School of Design.

During her time in New York, Lane worked in an upscale vintage and antique shop on Manhattan's Upper East Side where she assisted many of the city's most successful and talented interior decorators and designers. Over the course of her time in New York, her passion for interior design flourished and was complimented by her studies of beautiful fabrics and materials at Parsons.

When Lane returned to Dallas she was hired by Ten Plus Three, a modern design firm located in Dallas' Design District. Having experience mainly with antiquities, this introduction to modern décor was a new and challenging venture for her. The experience expanded her style, allowing her to have greater fluidity with her clients and their own personal tastes.

Lane's aesthetic combines her love of priceless antiques and eclectic vintage pieces  - with unexpected, modern elements. Through l.a.w. interiors, she seeks to provide clients with harmonious, suitable spaces of interest and alluring flair.
